Chocolate Protein Powder Pudding
Serves: 2 servings
  • ½ cup Bob's Red Mill Chocolate Nutritional Booster
  • 1 cup Pacific Almond Milk (I used Original but Vanilla would work, or use Chocolate to double down on chocolatey goodness)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 8 pitted sweet cherries, halved
  1. Mix Nutritional Booster, almond milk and chia seeds together. Let sit for 5 minutes for the chia seeds to thicken things up.
  2. Stir in almond extract, coconut flakes and cherries. Thin with more almond milk if you like a thinner pudding.
  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of coconut flakes and gobble it up!
