Creamy Cilantro Avocado Dressing
Serves: about 1 cup
  • 1 whole avocado, pit and peel removed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • ½ cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • ½ jalapeƱo, seeds removed
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup water
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Thin with more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Store covered in the fridge for up to two weeks.
