beyond meat vegan korean "beef"
- ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ - 1 tsp chili garlic sauce (depending on how spicy you like things)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 package (11 oz) frozen Beyond Meat Beefy Crumble
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- Cooked rice, for serving
- In a small bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, chili garlic sauce and ginger together.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add package of frozen Beyond Meat Beefy Crumble and cook until thawed and browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce mixture and allow to simmer until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately with rice.
