water tower gimlet

Serves: 1 drink
- 7.5 oz kale, washed
- ½ - 1˝ piece fresh ginger, peeled (use more for a spicier drink)
- 1½ shot freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 shot tequila
- ½ shot triple sec
- Agave syrup, to taste
- Handful of cilantro (1/2 oz), roughly chopped
- Juice the kale and ginger in a juicer.
- Measure 1 shot of the juice and combine with the lime juice, tequila, trip sec, agave syrup and cilantro in a shaker with 6 ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously and serve.
